Maryam Malekpour (Saeed's sister): "Yesterday we visited Saeed in prison. We are permitted to visit him once every two weeks. Thank God he is feeling OK and the location of his imprisonment has improved. However, Saeed is still held in the IRGC-controlled security ward and he is not granted any access to the outside world. The positive side is that he is no longer held alone in solitary confinement! I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be happy that his situation has improved or be upset that the threat of execution still exists and his life is in danger. It has been nearly four years that we are waking up to and sleeping with the nightmare of his possible execution."

دیروز رفتیم ملاقات سعید. هر دو هفته یکبار بهمون ملاقات دادن.خدا رو شکر حالش خوبه و جاش هم بد نیست. البته هنوز بند امنیتیه و بدون هیچگونه ارتباط با بیرون. ولی خوبیش اینه که دیگه تو انفرادی و تنها نیست!نمی دونم الان باید خوشحال باشم از اینکه اوضاعش بهتر شده یا ناراحت از اینکه هنوز خطر اعدام تهدیدش می کنه و جونش در خطره. کم نیست نزدیک به چهار ساله که هممون با کابوس مرگ خوابیدیم و بیدار شدیم.

UN Special Rapporteurs condemn ongoing executions in Iran

GENEVA (28 June 2012) – Three United Nations Special Rapporteurs* on Iran, summary executions and torture condemned the recent execution of four members of the Ahwazi Arab minority in Ahwaz’s Karoun Prison in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Following a reportedly unfair trial, they were sentenced to death and executed on or around 19 June 2012.

“Given the lack of transparency in court proceedings, major concerns remain about due process and fairness of trials in cases involving the death penalty in Iran,” said the independent human rights experts, recalling the execution of Abdul Rahman Heidarian, Abbas Heidarian, Taha Heidarian and Ali Sharif. The four men, three of whom are brothers, were reportedly arrested in April 2011 during a protest in Khuzestan and convicted of Moharebeh (enmity against God) and Fasad-fil Arz (corruption on earth).

نامه به یک محکومِ به اعدام

سلام سعید ملک پور!

من یک ایرانی ام، روزنامه نگار ایرانی که اصلا نه تو را دیده ام و نه از نزدیک می شناسم ات. کارم مصاحبه و گزارش و خبر است، نه نامه نگاری و مرثیه خوانی و واگویه نویسی اما اعتراف می کنم، سالهاست در کشورمان ایران، اعدام و مرکِ آدم ها خصوصا در زندان، انگار تبدیل به آمار شده است و گاهی برای اینکه حداقل به خودم تلنگری بزنم، می نشینم یک گوشه برای سوژه ها ی خبرم، از دل می نویسم، با تمام احساسم می نویسم تا مبادا تبدیل به یک ماشین خبرپراکنی صرف شوم.

مشکل اینجاست که گاهی روزنامه نگاریِ صرف و نوشتنِ گزارش از وضعیت شما محکومانِ به اعدام و یا وضعیت خود اعدام شدگان و کشته شدگان و خلاصه محصولات خبری و رسانه ای مان در مورد اهالی زندان به گوشه ای می افتد، تبدیل به آرشیوِ خبری می شود و مخاطبی را هم گوش تیز نمی کند.

شنیده ام خرداد ماه تولدِ‌ تو هم هست!

چه دوگانه ی عجیبی، زندانی محکوم به اعدام و جشنِ تولد.

گفتم به جای تبریک، نامه ای کوتاه برای خودت بنویسم و خیلی ساده برایت بگویم این بیرون چه خبر است.

به خاطر وضعیت ایران غم ها و نقاط خاکستری زندگیِ ایرانیان کمی بیشتر از نقاط روشن زندگی شان است، اما به دل نگیری از من، زندگی با تمام این نقطه های سیاهش، باز جریان دارد و اینجا بیرون زندان مردم بلاخره تولد هایشان را جشن می گیرند، سالگردهای کشته شدگان شان را دور هم جمع می شوند و گریه می کنند، دانشگاه می روند، خرید می کنند، ازدواج می کنند، طلاق می گیرند. قبل از اینکه زندان بروی نمی دانم اهل فیسبوک بودی یا نه؟ فیسبوک گردی می کنند و خلاصه اینکه در فضای مجازی گاهی از هم یاد می گیرند، گاهی هی توی سر و کله ی هم می زنند. دعوای سیاسی هم که داغ داغ است و با اینکه یک خانه تکانی اساسی کردند و بسیاری از چهره هایی که مال همین نظام و حاکمیت بوده اند را از کشتی نظام به بیرون پرتاب کرده اند اما در قایقی که از قدرت به جا مانده همچنان بر سر پاروهای شکسته دعواست....

خلاصه اینجا بیرون زندان زندگیِ مردم غم و خوشی را با هم دارد، آنجا درون زندان چطور؟

خیالت را راحتِ راحت کنم که اینجا بیرونِ زندان، خبرهای مربوط به شما زندانیان که ایرانی هم هستید هیچ سهمی در رسانه های داخل ایران ندارد مگر آنکه بخواهند علیه شما چیزی بنویسند آنوقت سهم تان در صدا و سیما و کیهان و فارس و رجا نیوز و مشرق نیوز و عصرِ امروز و سایت هایی از این دست بسیار است. خصوصا تو که به جرم «مدیریت سایت های مستهجن» به اعدام محکوم شده ای. خبرهای شما را فقط در رسانه های خارج ایران می شود دید آن هم هر از چندگاهی که احتمال اعدامِ شما جدی می شود و گاهی هم در صفحه های مجازی و اینترنت.

ما داخل ایران که باشیم یا فرسنگ ها دور از ایران در کل چند دسته آدم داریم، برخی ها می گویند هیچ فایده ای ندارد که اخبار مربوط به اعدام و زندان را بخوانند و بشنوند و تکثیر کنند، می گویند این اخبار هی فقط بذر نا امیدی و خستگی می پاشد، بعضی ها هم مصاحبه ی خواهرت مریم را دست به دست می چرخانند و فقط غصه می خورند و برخی ها هم به هزار و یک دلیل از کنارِ خبرهای مربوط به اعدام و زندان و شکنجه می گذرند و کمی در کنار خبرهای مربوط به «مملکته داریم»، «پ، ن پ» و حتی سر به سر گذاشتن خانم کاترین اشتون و خلاصه خبرهای دیگری فقط کمی خستگی از تن شان در می کنند تا از رنج خبرهای بد برهند. برخی ها هم می گویند، مردم می خواهند زندگی کنند از این همه خبر مرگ و مرثیه خسته شده اند. برخی ها هم در کنار خواندن اخبار گاهی فقط گاهی شاخه گلی شاید بخرند راهی خانه ی مادر شوند برای دلجویی. گفتم که گاهی شاید.

یک چیز دیگری را هم می خواهم برایت بگویم شاید خیلی بی رحمی باشد اما من مصاحبه های زیادی از محکومان به اعدام دیده ام در تلویزیون کشور خودمان. به نام مصاحبه پخش شد اما مردم خواندند« اعتراف» . همیشه پشت آن مصاحبه ها وقتی می دیدم کسانی هم به نام خبرنگار ایستاده اند و سوال می کنند و محکومان به اعدام جواب سوال هایشان را می دهند، دلم می خواست من یکی از آن خبرنگاران بودم و دور از چشم مدیرم در صدا و سیما، سوال های واقعی را یواشکی می پرسیدم و جواب ها را هم دزدانه می رساندم به مردمی که شما ها را فقط پای تلویزیون می توانند در حال گفتگو ببینند.

دلم می خواست می توانستم از تو که محکوم به اعدامی فقط یک سوال ساده بپرسم: چه حالی داری وقتی در کشوری زندگی می کنی که مردم به خاطرِ جرمی که برایت در نظر گرفته اند حتی می ترسند روزِ تولدت را تبریک بگویند اما وقتی قرار باشد بر دار شوی، بخش هایی از مردم دیگرِ همین کشور، ساعت شان را به وقتَ اعدامِ تو کوک می کنند تا مبادا خواب بمانند و در بزمِ اعدام سهمی برای تماشا نیابند؟

امیدوارم یک روز این نامه را که خواندی از ته دل بخندی به کسی که به جای وظیفه ی روزنامه نگاری اش نشسته است برای یک محکوم به اعدام نامه نوشته است، بخند سعید خان که توی مملکت ما هیچ چیزی سرجای خودش نیست، این همه از تو و باقی هم بندی هایت برای مخاطبان نوشته ایم گفتم یک بار از خودمان و این مردمان برای تو بنویسیم....

اگر یک روز آزاد شدی و این نامه را خواندی بدان که اینجا بیرون زندان هستند کسانی که برای تو و باقیِ محکومان به اعدامی که توسطِ نمایندگان خدا روی زمین به جرم های عجیب و غریب، محکوم به مرگ می شوید حقِ زندگی قائل اند....

“I believe [Saeed Malekpour and Hamid Ghassemi-Shall] were targeted,” he said. “They do it to make a point, to tell the Canadian government that they have to change their behaviour. It’s a kind of pressure tactic.”
